We are writing to inform you of important updates regarding the billing procedures for your utility services. Effective starting in March, 2025, the following changes will be implemented:
Key Changes:
- New Due Date: All utility bills will now be due on the 20th of each month. Payments will be accepted until midnight of the 20th.
- Late Fees: Late fees will be applied beginning on the next business day after the 20th.
- Direct Deposit: Payments made via direct deposit will be automatically deducted on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, the deduction will occur on the next business day.
- Meter Readings: Meter readings will be conducted on the last day of the month, or the closest business day if it falls on a weekend.
- Bill Distribution: Utility bills will be sent out on the next business day after the meter reading.
What You Need to Know:
- Ensure that your payment is made by the 20th of each month to avoid late fees. You can use the drop box until midnight on that day.
- If you have direct deposit, expect your payment to be processed on the 15th of each month.
- Please keep an eye out for your bill, which will be sent promptly after the meter reading.
