Water Rates & Policies

Listed below, you will find the City of Hanska current water rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. 

Utility billing is done on the 1st of the month unless falls on a weekend. Bills are due 2 days prior to month end. Any payments received after midnight will be charged a $10.00 late fee. Exp May has 31 days bills are due by midnight May 29th. ACH payments are pulled on the 20th of the month unless falls on a weekend, ACH will be pulled on Monday.
